RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order.

  • After this period, refunds will not be issued; only exchanges may be offered, subject to product availability.

  • Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be in original condition.

  • Be returned in the original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, labels, and documentation.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.


3. Returns with Free Return Shipping

Americraft Supply will cover return shipping costs only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • The item received does not match the product description (wrong color, size, or specifications).


4. Returns with Customer-Paid Shipping

Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund when:

  • The customer selected the wrong item.

  • The wrong size or color was selected.

  • The customer no longer wants the item.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital or downloadable products.


6. Return Authorization Required

Do not send any item back without prior authorization.
All returns must be approved by our customer service team before shipping.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within up to 3 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take up to 8 additional business days to reflect the credit.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank.

9. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount:

  • Are eligible for refunds with a 10% restocking fee.

  • Shipping costs will be deducted at the regular rate.


10. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective.

  • Damaged during transit.
