1. Return Window
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date of your order.

After this period, refunds will not be issued; only exchanges may be offered, subject to product availability.

2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, items must:

3. Returns with Free Return Shipping
Americraft Supply will cover return shipping costs only if:

The item is defective or damaged.

The item received does not match the product description (wrong color, size, or specifications).
4. Returns with Customer-Paid Shipping
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund when:

The customer selected the wrong item.

The wrong size or color was selected.
-
The customer no longer wants the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Gift cards.

Digital or downloadable products.
6. Return Authorization Required
Do not send any item back without prior authorization.

9. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount:

Are eligible for refunds with a 10% restocking fee.
