1. Order Processing

All orders placed on our website are subject to availability and verification.

• Americraft Supply will process and hand over orders to the selected shipping carrier within up to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Delays

We work with third-party shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

• USPS: Currently experiencing significant nationwide delivery delays.

• UPS Ground: May experience 2–3 additional business days delay, depending on destination, weather, and carrier volume.

Americraft Supply is not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

3. Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier and a tracking number issued:

• The shipment is under the responsibility of the carrier.

• Americraft Supply is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Delivery Estimates Disclaimer

Delivery dates or transit times shown on our website, checkout page, or confirmation emails are estimates only.

• Delays do not qualify for automatic refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once the order has been shipped.

2. Discounts are calculated on the total price of eligible products.

3. Discounts are not retroactive and only apply to orders placed during the active promotion period.

4. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with other coupons or promotions, unless explicitly stated.

5. Americraft Supply reserves the right to modify or remove discounts at any time without prior notice, without affecting orders already completed.
